SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy – Pet Fright

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During the Halloween season, high demand may add a few extra days. You'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time
Standard shipping within the United States takes approximately 7–14 business days after your order ships.

🎃 Halloween Cutoff
If you want your costume before Halloween, please order by October 8. Orders placed after that date are still welcome, but we can't guarantee they'll arrive before October 31.

Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Multiple Items
If you order several costumes or accessories, they may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. This is normal.

Tracking
Tracking can take 2–5 days to show updates after you receive your number. If it hasn't changed in 7 days, contact us and we'll look into it.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, contact us atpetfright@use.startmail.com and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address the customer entered. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change it.
